Runs your Shopify store while you sleep.
Stop being the human dashboard for your own brand. Atlas lives in Telegram, watches your Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta in one thread, and tells you what happened overnight in one short paragraph.
For DTC brands on Shopify · SGD 5M to 20M GMV · Singapore

Atlas working on a real DTC brand's data · Telegram-native briefing
You didn't build this brand to be its operations dashboard.
7am. Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google Ads. Four tabs, conflicting numbers.
By the time you've worked out what mattered today, the morning is gone.
I call it the morning tab-rotation. Founders running SGD 5 to 20M brands lose an hour a day to it. They catch CAC creep at the month-end review, not the morning it started.
Custom GPTs don't fix it. Triple Whale is another tab. A junior analyst goes home at 6pm.
Atlas sits underneath the tabs. One short briefing in Telegram. That's the entire pitch.
Three things, done well.
Atlas isn't a dashboard. It isn't a chatbot. It's an operator that notices, correlates, and remembers. Three jobs, in the order they matter to you.
The 2am watch
A winning ad gets auto-paused. A flow stops firing. Inventory drops below cover. Atlas pings your Telegram with what happened, what's driving it, and one thing worth doing. Not "anomaly detected." A short note that reads like it came from your ops lead.
Answers in 30 seconds
"Atlas, why was yesterday down?" Atlas queries Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta in parallel and reasons over the result. 30 seconds, inside the Telegram thread. Same question takes you 30 minutes and four tabs today.
Remembers everything
Margin floor, discount ceiling, hero SKUs, which ads burned you last month, the names of your ops lead and your finance lead. A new ChatGPT chat knows none of this. Atlas remembers it all, forever.
Three steps. Typically live within a week.
No procurement loop. No multi-week implementation. No new dashboard for your team to learn.
Book a 15-min demo.
I show Atlas running live on a real DTC brand's data before I ask anything about yours. If it doesn't earn the next 15 minutes of your time, we end the call early.
Connect your stack in 15 minutes.
You send me read-only API tokens for Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta. I provision a dedicated server in Singapore and wire everything up. The 15 minutes is the entire ask on your side.
Wake up to one Telegram briefing.
Yesterday's revenue, AOV, top SKUs, ad spend, anomalies, in one short message at the hour you choose. The morning tab-rotation is over.
Atlas is the operator I built for my own brand first.
I ran an 8-figure DTC brand for 8 years. Most of those years, I was the human dashboard.
I tried custom GPTs, Triple Whale, hand-rolled scripts, a junior analyst.
None sat where the team talked. None remembered what I told them yesterday. None caught the 2am stuff.
Atlas is the system I wish I'd had on Day 1. Every skill answers a real question I asked of my own books.
“Most AI tools are written by AI agencies. Atlas is written by the operator who needed it. That's the whole moat.”
Atlas runs on a custom Go binary built from the Shopify API spec. Composite queries feel instant where a generic agent would freeze.
That's a feature, not the moat.
The moat is eight years of running this playbook on my own books. The skills aren't theoretical. They're battle-scarred.
What another quarter of the morning tab-rotation costs.
The building doesn't burn down without Atlas. The honest cost is smaller and slower:
- Another quarter catching CAC creep at the month-end review.
- Another launch week where the winning ad got paused at 2am and nobody saw it until lunch.
- Another six months being the dashboard for a brand that should operate without you.
Compounded, that's the cost of waiting for v2 instead of starting with v1.
v1 is read-only on purpose. Atlas can't change anything in your store.
Write actions ship Month 2 with a Telegram confirm-tap. Tokens stay scoped read-only until then.
Design-partner pricing, first three clients only.
I'm taking three design partners at a discount in exchange for working closely with me through v1 and (optionally) becoming a case study. The last slot closes once it's filled. After that, pricing moves to retail.
What “all-in” covers: the dedicated VPS, the retainer, and every language-model call Atlas makes on your behalf (daily briefings, anomaly checks, every question you ask in Telegram, the monthly synthesis). No metered surprises. No usage spikes during a launch week. One number, paid monthly.
The three commitments I make every design partner.
One. Read-only in v1. Atlas can't change anything in your store.
Two. One VPS per client. Your data never sits next to another brand's.
Three. If Atlas isn't paying for itself inside the first quarter, tell me. I'd rather refund than collect.
Design-partner total over six months: SGD 8,200. Retail total over six months: SGD 15,800. That's the saving for working with me through v1. No “starting at.” No “talk to sales.”
Questions I get on the first call.
Isn't this just ChatGPT with a Shopify plugin?+
No. Custom GPTs can't run scheduled briefings, can't be invited to your team Telegram, lose state between sessions, and can't call your private Shopify, Klaviyo, or Meta APIs without re-authenticating every conversation. Atlas does all four. Underneath, Atlas talks to your Shopify as a local subprocess via a Go binary generated from the Shopify API spec, not over the public Admin API one call at a time. That's why composite queries that freeze a generic agent feel instant in Atlas.
Why not hire a junior ops analyst instead?+
A junior ops analyst costs SGD 3,500 to 5,000 a month, takes six months to come up to speed, goes home at 6pm, and leaves after 18 months taking the institutional memory with them. Atlas costs SGD 950 a month, works at 2am, and remembers everything you ever told it. Different tool, not a replacement. The two work well together. I'd never tell you not to hire.
What about my data?+
Atlas runs on a VPS dedicated to you. Your Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta tokens never sit on a shared Firstpress server. The data never trains a model, never pools with another client's, and never leaves the box except to answer your own questions. Tokens stay scoped read-only in v1. Disk-encrypted. Quarterly token rotation as a baked-in SOP.
Can I pick where the VPS lives?+
Default is Singapore. If you need EU residency for GDPR or buyer requirements, I host in Frankfurt at no extra cost. One client per VPS, always.
How do I revoke access?+
Rotate the relevant API tokens in Shopify, Klaviyo, or Meta and Atlas stops working in that integration. If you're done with the service entirely, I tear down the VPS and send you the destruction confirmation. No exit interview. No clawback. No lock-in past your remaining month.
Can Atlas actually do things, or just talk about them?+
v1 is read-only on purpose. Atlas reads your stack and tells you what it sees. Write actions (pause an ad, push inventory, schedule a campaign) ship in Month 2 with a Telegram confirm-tap before any of them fire. Operators need to trust the read before they hand over the keys, and so do I.
Nous Hermes Agent is open source. Why not self-host?+
You can. Nothing stops you. The product isn't the runtime, it's the battle-tested DTC skills inside it and the operational ownership of keeping it healthy. Same answer as "what stops me running Klaviyo myself." You can, but you hire someone who knows the playbook.
What if I don't use Telegram?+
Most SG founders in this band do, which is why I started there. If your team is on Slack, the adapter ships Week 2 if a design partner asks. WhatsApp is Month 2. If you're a pure email shop, this isn't the product for you yet, and I'll tell you that on the demo call.
I'm under SGD 2M GMV. Or over SGD 50M. Should I still talk to you?+
Under SGD 2M, Atlas costs more than it earns back. Talk to me again at SGD 3M+. Over SGD 50M, you need SOC 2, SSO, BYOC, and multi-store consolidation. Atlas v1 doesn't have those yet. I'd rather tell you that now than waste your 15 minutes.
How long does setup take?+
Most clients are live within a week of signing. The ask on your side is the 15 minutes it takes to generate read-only API tokens in Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta and send them via 1Password. The rest is on me: provisioning the VPS, wiring your stack, and calibrating Atlas against two weeks of your real data so the alerts aren't noise on Day 1.
What stack do you support?+
Shopify (Plus or non-Plus), Klaviyo, Meta Ads required. Google Ads and TikTok Ads are optional add-ons in v1. Xero, Stripe, and Gorgias are on the near roadmap as a sibling finance and CX agent (Compass) that runs alongside Atlas on the same VPS. Headless Shopify stacks: case by case, depends on what your custom checkout does.
Your next morning starts with one briefing, not five tabs.
Typically live within a week of signing.
First three clients only at this price.
15-minute call on Telegram or Zoom. Atlas runs live on a real DTC brand's data before I ask anything about yours.
One real Atlas briefing on your store. Free. You keep it.
Rather see Atlas on your own data before a call? I can do that.
The catch: Atlas needs read-only tokens for Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta. Same scoped tokens it would use in production. 15 minutes to generate. I email instructions and a 1Password link to receive them safely.
Within 48 hours: one real briefing on your store, with a short note on what surprised me.
No deck. No follow-up sequence. You keep the briefing whether or not you buy. Read access torn down the moment you say done.
Not comfortable sharing tokens up front? Take the 15-min demo instead. Real DTC brand's data, not yours.
